Brakes India Service Training School (BISTS)

The rapid growth of the automotive industry and the adoption of new technologies prompted a structured training process for our field engineers and new joiners. In response, we established the exclusive Service Training School in 2004.

Equipped with a classroom for theory, hands-on working models, experiential learning modules, universal test rigs for heavy commercial vehicles, and specialized tools, the school has become a recognized hub for training. Our experienced faculty enhances the learning environment.

The training programs are tailored for various stakeholders, including new joiners, field engineers, and non-technical staff. Engineers participate in a comprehensive five-day session combining theory and practice. As interest grew, OEMs like Maruti, SML Isuzu, and Volvo Eicher began utilizing our program for their new recruits in braking technology.

We also expanded training for distributors’ sales staff, offering a one-day program focused on assembly kits, serviceable parts, and key selling points.

Over the past 20 years, the Brakes India Service Training School managed by the Technical Service team has transformed many amateur engineers into brake experts, effectively bridging the skill gap for all participants.
